Distance from the center of Njivice is 2 km and 5km from the center of nearby Malinska. Nearest shopping center is located 3km on the road towards Malinska.

The village offers various outdoor sport activities and wonderful beaches among which the most popular one is our main beach called Popeye. It is a pebble beach with crystal clear water and sandy bottom – perfect for water games!

Promenade will take you to the Njivice center in about 20 minutes of easy walk, while you will reach Malinska center in less than one hour of walking along wonderful seashore…

All the apartments are fully equipped, all positioned on the ground floor and each has a covered terrace and enough car parking space.
